Part-Time Entertainment Video Editor
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Role: Watch streams, cut best moments, create short-form & long-form edits
About the Role
We are looking for a part-time video editor who will regularly watch our IRL travel streams and create engaging short-form and long-form content. Your main task: find the best moments, cut, edit, and prepare content for YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, and longer YouTube videos.
Responsibilities
Watch stream recordings and identify the most engaging, emotional, funny, or viral-potential moments
Create clean cuts & montages for short-form content (10–60 sec)
Edit highlight compilations (3–10 min)
Add captions, zooms, sound effects, subtitles, memes, and high-retention pacing
Download additional clips if needed (from other streams or collaborations)
Store & organise footage in a simple structure (Google Drive)
Deliver multiple versions of the same clip when needed (different aspect ratios: 9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
Requirements
Strong short-form editing experience (TikTok / Shorts / Reels)
Understands meme culture, trends, and viral pacing
Experience with IRL or gaming stream content is a huge plus
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Tools: CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut (any is ok)
Workload & Payment
Part-time, workload varies depending on stream hours
Paid per clip or weekly/monthly fixed rate (will discuss)
Remote work, flexible schedule
