Pakistani Video Editor Needed

Raw footage captured locally now needs a creative Pakistani editor to turn it into a smooth, engaging final cut. I will supply the clips, reference examples, and a rough storyboard; your job is to bring everything together with clean cuts, tasteful transitions, and any colour work or light motion graphics that enhance the story without overwhelming it.
The exact runtime and effect complexity are still open—once you see the material we can agree on a sensible duration and style. Flexibility is important, but proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) and After Effects will be essential, as I’ll need both the finished video in H.264 MP4 and all editable project files.
Because the dialogue is in Urdu, native or fluent understanding is a must to keep pacing and emphasis natural.
Deliverables
• Polished master video (Full HD or higher)
• Separate social-media cut-downs if required
• Exported audio stem and thumbnail frame
