I release fresh footage every week and need it shaped into two different formats with the same high-end look: full-length vlogs (8-15 min) and vertical shorts (30-60 sec). Both formats matter to me equally, and I want each piece to feel professional and polished—clean cuts, purposeful pacing, tasteful motion graphics, consistent color, and crisp audio.
Here’s how I picture our workflow: I upload the raw files to a shared drive every Monday. By Sunday I’d like to approve one finished vlog plus a small batch of shorts clipped from that same footage. I handle scripting and thumbnails; you handle everything from rough cut to final export.
Core deliverables each week
• 1 mastered vlog in 4K and 1080p
• 3–5 shorts in 9:16, ready for YouTube/Instagram/TikTok
• Subtle branding intro/outro, lower thirds, royalty-free background music, light sound design, basic color grade
