Ongoing Monthly Video Editing

I release a steady flow of content every week—full-length podcast episodes, short highlight compilations, and vertical reels—and I need a single editor to keep the pipeline running smoothly month after month. Raw footage will arrive via Google Drive; once you have it, the job is to shape each piece into a clean, engaging story that is ready to publish.

Typical workflow
• Colour-correct, cut dead space, tighten pacing
• Add simple motion graphics (lower thirds, names, topic cards)
• Insert captions and royalty-free background music where it fits
• Export to the correct formats: 16:9 for YouTube, 1:1 or 9:16 for Instagram/TikTok
• Return finished files and the editable project (Premiere Pro preferred) within 48–72 hours of receiving footage

Monthly deliverables
• 4 long-form podcast edits (≈45-60 min each)
• 8 highlight videos (≈5-10 min)
• 12 vertical reels (≤60 s)

Acceptance criteria
1. Audio levels balanced, no clipping or hiss
2. Graphics and captions error-free and synced
3. Final exports meet the resolution, bitrate, and aspect-ratio specs for each platform
4. Project files organised so another editor can pick up instantly if needed
