I need a single piece of raw footage turned into a polished Instagram reel for a flat fee of $15. You’ll receive the original clip plus a short note on the mood I’m aiming for; from there I’m counting on you to tighten the cuts, enhance colors, and deliver a vertical 1080 × 1920 MP4 that’s ready to upload.

Feel free to propose light text overlays, subtle transitions, or royalty-free background music if you think they’ll lift the final result—just keep the total runtime under 60 seconds. When you’re done, I’d like both the finished file and the project file (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or your preferred editor) so I can make minor tweaks later if needed.
