Need a Video Editor

I require a video editor with Adobe Premiere Pro editing skills. The video is a cartoon. We'll provide you with audio, video of the characters moving, and background information. Just import the characters, add the background we'll supply, then keyframe the characters up or down by the soundtrack to shift them from left to right or right to left. It is an easy task.
