Need a Urgent Video Editor

I am in need of an urgent video editor who can work on an educational/instructional video project. The video footage is less than 30 minutes. I prefer the final edited video to be in MP4 format. The ideal candidate should have experience in video editing for educational/instructional videos and be able to work under tight deadlines. Attention to detail and the ability to enhance the overall quality of the video is also important.
