Need Smooth Slow-Motion Video Edit

I have a single 30-second clip that needs to be turned into a silky-smooth slow-motion sequence without losing detail or introducing stutter. I’ll supply the original footage in its native resolution as soon as we start.

What I’m after
• A slowed-down version that feels fluid and natural—no ghosting, jitter, or wobble.
• Final export in the same resolution and frame rate as the source, delivered as an MP4 (and the project file if you build it in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or a comparable editor).
