Narrative YouTube Episode Editor Needed

Job ID: 40559940

Budget: £10 – £20 GBP

I release a new YouTube episode every week and I’m looking for an editor who can weave my raw footage into a 10–30 minute story that keeps viewers hooked from the first frame through the end screen.

What I need you to handle: pacing the episode so it feels like a cohesive narrative, selecting the best takes, adding light music and sound design where it heightens emotion, and polishing the piece with clean color grading and on-brand lower thirds or chapter cards. Think documentary-style flow rather than rapid-fire jump cuts; the emphasis is on storytelling clarity and emotional beats.

You’ll receive multi-camera files, B-roll, and any voice-over tracks in a shared drive each Wednesday, and I’d like a first cut by Sunday so we have a buffer for minor tweaks before publishing. Final deliverable should be a 1080p (or higher) ready-to-upload file plus the project file—Premiere Pro is preferred but I’m open to DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut if that’s your wheelhouse.

If you’re passionate about narrative-driven editing and comfortable shaping 10–30 minute pieces into engaging weekly content, let’s talk.
