Narrative Event Highlights Edit
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have raw footage from our recent event and want to turn it into an engaging highlights reel that makes future attendees say, “I need to be there next time.” Rather than a fast-paced montage, I’m after a narrative flow that weaves together interviews, short commentary sound bites, and key moments on-stage and off.
Here’s what I expect:
• Assemble a 2- to 3-minute highlights video that tells the event’s story.
• Select the strongest clips, sync clean audio from lav mics or camera feed, and balance levels.
• Insert lower-thirds and minimal motion graphics to introduce speakers, sponsors, and session titles.
• Add light color correction and tasteful transitions so the final cut feels polished yet authentic.
• Deliver both a review draft (with time-coded notes area) and a final 1080p export, plus the editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—use whichever you’re most comfortable with).
I’ll provide:
• Multi-camera footage and separate interview files via cloud drive.
• A rough shot list and the event’s branding guidelines (fonts, logo, color palette).
Turnaround: first draft in one week from project start; final version three days after feedback.
If you love storytelling through video and enjoy shaping interviews into a compelling arc, this project is ready for you.
