Multicam Sequence Creation and Synchronization in Premiere

I'm looking for an expert in Premiere Pro who can help me with synchronizing multiple audio and video tracks and creating multicam sequences for editing.
Key requirements:
- Synchronizing multiple audio and video clips from 2 to 4 camera sources. I have 10 separate shoot dates, each is 2 to 4 hours of footage.
- Creating multicam sequences from the synchronized footage
Please note, the specific duration of each clip may vary from just a few minutes to over 30 minutes. Audio consists of music and conversations.
Experience with documentary postproduction, multicam synchronization and Premiere Pro is a must.
As a trial, you will start with a 30-minute, two-camera, four audio channel (two on each camera) segment.
The full job has about 40 hours of raw footage that when completed will be about 15 hours of synchronized sequences.
