Motivational YouTube Video Editing

I run a Hindi-language motivation channel and need a reliable partner to take over the full post-production workflow. Each raw recording is a straight motivational speech; what I’m after is a dynamic, energetic edit that keeps viewers engaged without feeling over-produced. Smooth jump cuts, well-timed zooms, quick lower-thirds for key quotes, light background music and colour correction should be enough—please avoid heavy visual clutter.
Thumbnails are just as important. I prefer a clean design with minimal text: two or three words that pop, my face cut-out if it helps, and colours that sit well beside the existing channel palette. Think modern, uncluttered and instantly readable on mobile.
Special effects are welcome but only where they genuinely lift the message. Subtle motion graphics, a light particle burst on a powerful line, or a soft vignette to shift focus are good examples; anything more would distract.
Typical workflow:
• I send the raw talking-head footage and reference notes.
• You edit in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or any non-linear editor you are comfortable with.
• Simple After Effects touches are fine for titles or transitions.
• Photoshop or Canva for thumbnails.
• Deliver the final 1080p (or 4K when available) video, the thumbnail PNG plus the editable project files.
Turnaround for one video should be about 48–72 hours once we hit a rhythm. If this pilot goes well I plan to outsource every week, so consistent availability is key.
