TheMotivationStories.com publishes motivational, emotional, and dark-reality content focused on short-form vertical videos. I am looking for a dedicated video editor for an ongoing collaboration.
This role is suitable for beginners who are serious about improving their skills and working consistently on long-term projects.
Responsibilities
Scripts will be provided
Edit 30–40 second vertical videos
Generate and add AI voiceover in Hinglish
Select suitable stock footage or visuals aligned with the script
Add subtitles/captions, background music, and light sound effects
Deliver clean, upload-ready MP4 files
Content Style
Emotional and motivational storytelling
Dark reality / harsh truth themes
No face videos
Simple, story-driven editing (clarity and emotion over heavy effects)
Language
Hinglish (Hindi + English)
Technical Requirements
Aspect ratio: 9:16
Resolution: 1080 × 1920
Duration: 30–40 seconds
Copyright-safe music and visuals only
Work Frequency
2 videos per week
Maximum 3 videos per week (rarely)
Payment
₹50 – ₹100 per video (initially)
If the work quality is consistently good, payment may increase to ₹200 – ₹400 per video
Long-term work available for reliable performers

Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Selection Process

One trial opportunity will be given
