• Length per video: ~10–15 mins
• Format: Talking head + screen records + B-roll + motion elements
• Turnaround time: 3–4 days per video
• Expected style: Think Ali Abdaal + Ankur Warikoo + Ranveer Allahbadia Documentaries + Raj Shamani Podcast Trailer vibes — clean, cinematic, educational yet emotional.
Skills I’m Looking For
• Strong storytelling sense (not just cutting clips)
• High-retention editing style (pattern interrupts, dynamic pacing)
• Zoom-ins, L-cuts, cinematic B-roll usage
• Tasteful sound design, background music, kinetic text
• Ability to add screen recordings and motion elements (when relevant)
• Clean color grading and audio leveling
• Understanding of YouTube audience psychology
Tools You Use
• Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve — doesn’t matter as long as it’s clean
• Optional: After Effects / Motion Graphics
• Bonus: Thumbnail design / color grading / sound mixing
