Monthly Real Estate Reels Videos Editing
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We produce 15–20 property-tour videos per month (plus lifestyle and community clips) and need a reliable video editor to turn each one into polished, platform-ready social-media content. The content will be published on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (+ Shorts), LinkedIn and Google My Business.
What we need
• Clean, minimal editing that lets the properties shine
• Light, relaxing background music mixed correctly so narration and natural audio stay clear
• Fast turnaround — we film multiple times per week and want edited versions ready to publish quickly
• Consistent branding and quality across all videos
Your workflow
We provide:
• Raw 4K footage
• Brand assets (logo, fonts, style templates)
• Key message / property highlights when needed
You deliver:
• Trimming, colour balancing and sound cleanup
• Simple transitions (no clutter, no heavy effects)
• Title cards / lower thirds
• Correct export formats: 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16
• Matching thumbnails for each platform
• Subtitles:
– If the video is in English → subtitles in Romanian
– If the video is in Romanian → subtitles in English
(Closed captions or burned-in, depending on platform)
Monthly deliverables
1. 15–20 fully edited videos (30–120 seconds each), exported in all required aspect ratios
2. Project files (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve) for archiving/re-editing
3. One revision round for small timing or text adjustments
Who we’re looking for
• Strong experience with real-estate or architectural content
• Fast, organised, reliable
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Understands vertical vs horizontal storytelling and how to keep viewers engaged
