Mobile-Optimise SaaS Explainer Videos

I already have two polished desktop-oriented explainer videos (≈1 min and ≈2 mins) that showcase my SaaS platform. Now I need fresh, mobile-first masters in 1080 × 1920 so viewers on YouTube’s mobile app get the same smooth, professional experience.
Here is exactly what has to change:
• Reframe the existing shots for a 9:16 canvas without introducing jump cuts.
• Convert the aspect ratio while preserving every key message on screen.
• Refine the current zoom-in, zoom-out and overall transition work so the movement still feels deliberate and fluid in the taller frame.
I built the originals in Premiere Pro, so sticking with Premiere Pro or shifting to After Effects is fine—whichever lets you finesse the keyframes most efficiently.
Deliverables
1. Two final H.264 files (1 × 60 s and 1 × 120 s) in 1080 × 1920 ready for YouTube upload.
2. The fully organised project files with all nested comps or sequences intact.
3. A quick summary of any effect or timing tweaks in case I need to replicate them later.
