40-Minute Video Subject Blur
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a single, 40-minute video that must be made safe for public release. Any time a woman or girl appears—whether it is a fleeting background cameo or a close-up interview—I need her completely obscured with a clean Gaussian blur.
I do not have timestamps, so the entire video needs to be reviewed, frame by frame if necessary. No audio work is required; leave the soundtrack exactly as it is.
I’m flexible on the editing platform as long as the result is clean and free of artifacts—Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar are all fine. Please keep the original resolution and aspect ratio in the final export.
Deliverables:
• Fully blurred video file (same codec, resolution, and frame rate as the source)
• Project file or edit timeline so I can make future tweaks if needed
