3-Minute Promotional Video Production

I’m putting together a concise, 3-minute promotional video targeted squarely at potential customers and I’ve already drafted the core message and supporting copy. What I need now is the full creative execution—delivered with a polished, professional tone.

Here’s how I picture the workflow:

• Storyboard – translate my text into a clear visual sequence that flows smoothly for about 180 seconds.
• Voice-over – record or source a clean, professional narration that matches the storyboard pacing.
• Visuals – curate or create royalty-free images, icons, or short clips that reinforce each on-screen point.
• Edit & Mix – weave visuals, narration, background music and subtle motion graphics into a final HD video ready for web, social and presentations.

I’ll share the message document as soon as we start, and I’m happy to approve each stage (storyboard, rough cut, final cut) so we stay aligned. The finished file should arrive in MP4 (1080p) along with any project files you build in Premiere, After Effects, or a similar editor.
