Minimal Captions for 45-Second Reel

I’m putting the finishing touches on a 45-second Instagram reel and need clean, minimal captions that pop up exactly when each key message is spoken so viewers can easily catch the highlights with the sound off. The look should stay subtle—simple text, no flashy colors or animations—yet still be clear and legible on a phone screen.

Only one language is needed (English). Please keep timing frame-accurate and the spelling flawless. Use Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or any subtitle tool you’re comfortable with; I’m interested in the result, not the specific software.

Deliverables:
• Final 1080 × 1920 mp4 with burnt-in captions
• Separate .srt or .vtt file matching the video timing
