Nu Metal Music Video Edit
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have twelve performance clips, each about 2–3 minutes, that need to be cut into one explosive music video. The guiding light for every creative choice is the early-2000s nu metal aesthetic—think frantic pacing, in-your-face camera moves, and a raw, almost industrial energy.
What I need you to do
• Assemble the 12 source clips into a tight, coherent narrative that never loses momentum.
• Layer in strong, rhythm-matched animations and motion-graphics transitions so each section hits as hard as the track.
• Work the classic fisheye look into selected shots to echo those era-defining skate-video vibes.
• Apply a convincing CRT television overlay—static, noise, and subtle screen-warp—to give the final master that unmistakable “watched-on-an-old-TV” feel. Static and noise are the priority style for this effect.
• Finish with clean colour work and audio sync so the edit feels polished even while it looks delightfully gritty.
Tools you are comfortable with—Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci, or similar—are up to you, so long as the results nail the brief.
Deliverables
1. Final video master (ProRes or high-bitrate H.264, 1080p or higher).
2. One version with and one without the CRT overlay, in case I need the clean cut later.
3. All project files and assets neatly organised so I can re-edit if future tweaks come up.
