Medieval Dragon-Castle Video Animation for Themed Event

I need a 90-second video animation which will need to be a seamless loop. With a medieval approach, I am looking at the dragon circling a castle with a sky background.

Key Points:
-Animation approximately 90 seconds long (to be played on a loop).
-Animation is to consist of a castle wall with windows with a blue sky back drop.
-A dragon (think Welsh dragon) maybe pops his head over the wall at random intervals and locations with small amounts of smoke out of his nose.
-Raises his head for a final time and breaths a large quantity of fire which reveals the clients logo.
