Medical Typing With Light Video Editing

Job ID: 40350012

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have a stack of handwritten medical notes that must be converted into clean, searchable Word documents. Typing is the primary focus, so accuracy with medical terminology is critical; any misspelled procedure or drug name could cause confusion down the line. You will receive high-resolution scans of the notes along with a simple template for headings, sub-headings, and bullet points.

Once the transcription work is underway, I’ll also pass along a handful of short training videos that just need basic trimming, caption insertion, and export in 1080p MP4. The video portion is light compared with the typing workload, but being comfortable in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or a similar editor will help you finish the project smoothly.

Deliverables
• A separate .docx file for each handwritten sheet, formatted to the provided template and proof-read for 99 % accuracy in medical terms
• One consolidated master document
• For each video: cleaned cuts, clear on-screen text, and a final 1080p export

I’ll review each document against the originals for completeness and term accuracy before signing off, then move on to the video edits. If this sounds straightforward to you and you have an eye for detail, I’m ready to get the files over to you today.
