Project description
We’re looking for an experienced video editor or broadcast finisher who can prepare a TV-ready MXF file according to strict broadcast delivery specifications.
The creative edit is already complete — we now need a technical expert to make the final fixes so the file fully complies with broadcast QC requirements.
You will receive:
• The full Adobe Premiere project (with all assets, music, and effects)
• The current render for reference
• The official QC report listing the issues
• The technical specification sheet (container, codec, loudness standard, etc.)
Tasks
• Review and correct the project based on the QC report
• Ensure full compliance with broadcast specs:
o Container: MXF (XDCAM 422, 50 Mb/s CBR)
o Frame rate: 25 fps
o Duration: exactly 20 seconds (00:00:20:00)
o Audio: PCM 48 kHz / 24 bit
o Loudness: EBU R128 (Integrated Loudness –23 LUFS ±0.5)
o True Peak: ≤ –1 dBTP
o No dropped or still frames
o All graphics inside title/action safe areas
• Export and deliver the final, QC-compliant MXF file
• Optionally, provide a short note on the fixes made
Requirements
• Proven experience with broadcast video delivery
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve also acceptable)
• Understanding of EBU R128 loudness standards
• Familiarity with XDCAM HD422 MXF workflows
• Strong attention to technical detail and QC accuracy
Deliverables
1. Final .MXF file fully compliant with broadcast specs
2. updated Premiere project or XML/AAF
3. Short confirmation or screenshot showing loudness and technical compliance
Deadline
The project can be handed over immediately.
Final, fully compliant render required within 1-2 days of project start.
