Looking for a Creative Video Editor / Motion Graphics Artist (CapCut, Alight Motion, Premiere Pro)

I’m looking for a college or school students who’s passionate about editing — someone who actually knows how to make clean, aesthetic, or dynamic edits.
If you use CapCut, Alight Motion, Premiere Pro, or After Effects, you’re welcome to apply.

This is mainly for pocket money — so the starting payment will be around ₹300-₹800 per project depending on length , difficulty and quality.
However, if you’re really skilled (especially in motion graphics) or can deliver pro-level work, the payment will increase accordingly.

If I like your style and workflow, you’ll get consistent long-term projects in the future.

Requirements:

Good editing sense — pacing, sync, transitions, and flow

Knows how to use CapCut / Alight Motion (Premiere Pro or AE is a bonus)

Creative ideas and attention to detail

Must meet deadlines


Bonus:

Motion graphics or animation knowledge

Understanding of trending styles and social media pacing
