Looking for 2D Animator for Story-Based Animated Videos (8 Minutes, Long-Term Work)

I’m looking for a skilled 2D animator/video creator to produce engaging story-based animated videos.
The style should be simple, expressive, and clean — minimalist characters with smooth movements, clear emotions, and strong visual storytelling.
Project Details:
Duration: ~8 minutes per video
Style: Minimal 2D animation (cartoon / story / explainer style)
Character: Base character will be provided (PNG/reference), or you can help refine it
Animation requirements:
Basic lip-sync
Hand and body movement
Facial expressions (happy, sad, angry, sarcastic, etc.)
Scene changes and transitions
Simple backgrounds (indoor/outdoor)
What I Will Provide:
Script (with scenes, timing, and emotions)
Voiceover (optional discussion if you provide this)
Character reference (if needed)
Skills Required:
2D animation (cartoon/story style)
Experience with tools such as Adobe Character Animator, After Effects, Toon Boom, or similar
Good sense of timing, expressions, and storytelling
Bonus (Optional):
Ability to suggest creative improvements
Understanding of audience engagement and pacing
