Long-Term YouTube, and other platforms Editor & Manager
Budget: $10 – $400 USD
I’m building a YouTube-first presence that also spans Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook. To make it happen, I want a creative partner in the United States who can stick with me long-term, own the full post-production workflow, and help steer channel strategy.
Here’s the core of the role:
• Edit short lifestyle vlog footage (raw clips are usually 1–3 minutes) into polished, engaging videos—intro/outro, captions, light motion graphics, royalty-free music, and an eye-catching thumbnail.
• Publish and optimize every video on YouTube, repurpose for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and handle titles, descriptions, tags, end screens, and scheduling.
• Track trends, SEO shifts, and audience analytics, then recommend tweaks that boost retention and subscriber growth.
• Maintain an organized content calendar while pitching fresh ideas, new formats, or platform-specific hooks that keep us relevant.
To apply, you must:
— Live in the United States (for time-zone and content-style alignment).
— Show a portfolio of short-form social video edits—Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve are all fine.
— Detail your typical pricing structure (hourly or per video) and availability.
If you’re excited about shaping a channel from the ground up and growing with it for months—not just one project—let’s talk.
