Long-Term YouTube Video Editor Needed for 8-Minute Videos ($50 Per Video - Premiere Pro Files Required)

I'm starting a new YouTube channel and want to find a talented, reliable video editor for a long-term partnership. I want to produce clean, engaging videos and need someone who knows how to keep viewers hooked using fast pacing and music.
My channel features two types of 8-minute videos:
Deep Dives (AI Voice): Interesting videos about future tech, history, psychology, and global systems. For these, I give you the script and tell you which AI voice to generate.
Behind-the-Scenes/Process (Real Voice): "How It's Made" style videos showing manufacturing and machine processes at a print shop. For these, I give you the raw iPhone footage, a recording of my real voice, and the background music.
What I Provide:
To keep things simple for you, I will give you:
- The full script and a detailed, minute-by-minute visual plan.
- The audio (either my voice recording or clear instructions for the AI voice).
- High-quality raw iPhone footage (for the print shop videos).
- The background music files or specific track ideas for each video.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create the AI voiceover (for deep dives) or clean up my voice recording (for print shop videos).
- Edit together 8-minute videos using our files and visual plan.
- For deep dives: Find high-quality, copyright-free stock footage.
- For print shop videos: Turn our raw iPhone clips into a smooth, fast-paced story by cutting the clips tightly to the beat of the music.
- Add clean text animations, smooth transitions, and simple graphics.
- Deliver the final video along with the organized Adobe Premiere Pro project file (.prproj) so I can handle minor future edits.
Requirements:
- Must use Adobe Premiere Pro and be willing to send the project files upon completion.
- Experience editing YouTube videos (documentary styles or music-synced videos are a huge plus).
- Familiar with AI voice tools (like ElevenLabs) so the voice sounds natural.
- Your own access to high-quality stock footage libraries.
- Skills to clean up smartphone footage using color correction and proper audio balancing against the music.
- Able to meet deadlines (we are dropping 2 videos per week).
Budget & Workload:
- This is steady, long-term work. I am starting with 2 videos per week ($100 total per week).
- My budget is fixed at $50 per 8-minute video (including the project file).
