Long-Term Political Video Editor Needed (Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts)
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are looking for a skilled and creative video editor for a long-term, daily collaboration. This is not a one-time project.
The work is for the official social media campaign of our MLA, with the objective of increasing his digital presence, public engagement, and follower growth across Instagram and YouTube.
Daily Requirements
Edit 2 to 3 high-quality vertical videos (Reels/Shorts) every day
Create engaging, fast-paced edits that are optimized for social media
Add captions, transitions, sound effects, background music, motion graphics, and color correction where appropriate
Deliver videos in the correct format and resolution for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Editing must be done on a PC or laptop using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Mobile app editing is not preferred.
We Are Looking for Someone Who
Has proven experience editing viral Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Understands political and public figure branding
Knows how to make content engaging within the first few seconds
Can maintain a consistent editing style and branding
Can deliver work every day without delays
Is creative and can suggest improvements rather than simply following instructions
Social Media Knowledge Required
We are not looking for just an editor. We want someone who understands how social media grows.
The ideal candidate should know:
Best times to post content
Which videos have the highest potential for boosting
How to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
Instagram and YouTube algorithms
Audience retention techniques
Trending editing styles, music, hooks, captions, and hashtags
Basic content strategy for political campaigns
Nature of Work
Daily work throughout the campaign
Long-term collaboration if performance is good
Quick turnaround is important
We will provide the raw footage and content ideas
Budget
We are looking for a budget-friendly, economical freelancer for a long-term relationship. Since this is a continuous daily project, please quote your per reel or daily editing charges instead of high agency pricing.
