Long-Term Hindi Video Editor
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My music school records a steady stream of daily classes, friendly banter, impromptu games and all the behind-the-scenes fun that keeps our community hooked. Your job is to take that raw footage and craft watch-till-the-end Instagram Reels and YouTube videos that feel sharp, witty and unmistakably desi.
The content and punchlines live in Hindi / Hinglish, so a natural grasp of the language—and its comic timing—is non-negotiable. You’ll be cutting primarily for the vertical, short-form space: I already know you have proven experience with Instagram Reels, and I’m counting on you to handle the same storytelling rhythm for our longer YouTube edits whenever needed.
These are the specific editing touches the footage relies on:
• Zoom effects
• Sound effects
• Transitions
Place them where they lift the humour or musicality without turning the timeline into a cluttered mess.
Typical workflow
1. I drop raw clips (shared drive) .
2. You deliver cleaned, colour-balanced, captioned Reels (30–60 sec) within 24 hours and occasional 5- to 10-minute YouTube cuts within 48 hours.
3. We review in Frame.io or Google Drive comments, you turn around tweaks quickly, and the video goes live the very next morning.
If Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve is second nature to you and your internet speed can handle large ProRes or 4K files, you’ll slip right in. This is a permanent remote seat on the team, not a one-off gig, so reliability and enthusiasm for Indian music education matter just as much as slick edits.
Send over a link to your Reels portfolio along with a quick note on how you keep retention high, and let’s start jamming.
