### What You’ll Be Doing
* Editing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content)
* Basic long-form video editing (YouTube videos)
* Cutting raw footage and removing mistakes/pauses
* Adding subtitles/captions
* Using stock footage, sound effects & background music
* Creating engaging hooks and smooth transitions
* Following a given editing style/template
* Fast delivery and regular communication

### Important Requirement (Must Have)
You **must be comfortable using AI tools for video editing**, such as:
* Auto subtitle/caption generators
* AI voice or voice enhancement tools
* AI background removal
* AI content repurposing (long video → short clips)
* Any AI tools that speed up editing workflow
*(You don’t have to know everything — but you must be willing to learn and adapt quickly.)*

* Basic understanding of pacing, retention & social media style editing
* Ability to follow references exactly
* Creativity with text, emojis, zooms & attention-grabbing edits
* Good internet connection
* Responsible with deadlines
**Preferred (but not mandatory):**

* Thumbnail basics
* Understanding of YouTube/Instagram audience retention
