Lighthearted Tribute Video Compilation

I'm looking for a creative video editor to compile fun and sentimental, meaningful tribute video. This video will be a special gift.
The video will include:
- Photos
- Video messages
- Personal messages from friends and family

I can come up with specific songs to use as background music.
I'd like to have a site where people can upload video messages easily. I can take the lead in sending things out to people, following up with them and helping people if they need guidance uploading.
Not sure how many people will send video messages. I'm guessing around 50 videos.
I'm wondering if $100-$300 is a reasonable estimate for arranging videos and pictures in an appealing order with background music.

Ideal skills and experience:
