Leg Day Video Editing 30seconds (WeTransfer) upload

Job ID: 40205520

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I have a raw gym-training video that walks viewers through an intense leg-day routine. I want to turn it into a polished, science-backed piece of content that feels like a professional tutorial rather than a quick phone recording.

Here is what I need from you:
• Clear, well-timed subtitles that label each exercise as it appears on screen. The captions should stay concise—exercise name, rep range, and the occasional coaching cue—but perfectly synced so a viewer can follow along without audio.
• Subtle yet engaging animations that reveal the specific muscle groups firing during every movement. Think clean overlays of quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves, etc., fading in over the athlete’s legs as the exercise is demonstrated. No cartoon mascots or flashy comic effects—this should look serious and informative, matching the tone of a strength-training tutorial.
• Smooth integration of both elements so the final cut feels cohesive, with the graphics supporting the coaching rather than distracting from it.

I edit in Premiere Pro but I’m happy to accept the final video in any widely used format, along with the project file in case small tweaks are needed later. If you use After Effects or similar to build the muscle-group animations, please include those source files too.

Deliver the finished 1080p (or higher) video plus separate caption file (.srt) so I can reuse the subtitles on other platforms.

If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let me know your turnaround time and any samples of similar fitness or anatomy-focused motion graphics you’ve produced.
