Land Showcase Reel Editing
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Raw clips of my land listings need to become eye-catching, modern–style reels that stop the scroll and make buyers imagine possibilities. I will supply drone passes, ground shots, lot diagrams, a few still photos, and the basic selling points for each parcel.
The job is to weave those elements into a 30-60 second vertical reel that feels fast, clean, and dynamic—quick cuts, on-beat transitions, light motion graphics for price, acreage, and location call-outs, plus royalty-free background music that fits the upbeat tempo popular on Instagram Reels. Minimal text, no voice-over; I want the visuals to do most of the talking.
Deliverables
• One fully edited 9:16 reel (H.264 .mp4) ready for Instagram/TikTok
• Project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Davinci Resolve—whatever you use) with media relinked
• A muted version with burned-in captions for silent autoplay
• First draft within 3 days, up to two revision rounds
Clip stabilization, color correction to make greens pop, simple logo outro, and consistency across multiple parcels are important acceptance points. If this initial edit clicks, I’ll have a steady stream of new land listings for follow-up reels.
