Kids Learning Video Editor Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I run a YouTube channel that teaches children aged 1-12 through lively, mixed-media videos. Each episode blends live-action footage with bright, playful animation, so I need an editor who can fluidly combine both styles without losing the energy that keeps kids watching.
Here’s what the work looks like day-to-day: I’ll supply raw clips, voice-overs, and any music or sound-effect references. Your job is to cut the story, weave in animated elements, add engaging on-screen text, and sync everything so the final piece feels like one seamless adventure. The core themes are educational lessons and fun rhymes, so pacing and visual cues matter—think quick transitions, bold colors, and clear graphics that highlight letters, numbers, or lyrics.
Deliverables
• A fully edited, ready-to-upload 1080p (or higher) video file
• Separate project files (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) with organized layers for easy future tweaks
• Embedded captions or an .srt file for accessibility
• A short animated intro/outro bump that can be reused across episodes
Acceptance criteria
• Smooth integration of live video and animation with no jarring cuts
• Audio balanced for young ears—voice louder than background music, no harsh peaks
• Visual elements sized and timed so even the youngest viewer can follow along
• Final runtime and aspect ratio exactly as specified per episode brief
If you’re comfortable jumping between After Effects (for motion graphics) and your preferred NLE, and you enjoy crafting bright, engaging stories for kids, I’d love to see a sample reel that shows both your live-action and animated work.
