Junior Inspirational Reels Video Editor

I’m looking for a junior-level video editor based in Powai Hiranandani Mumbai who can turn raw footage into engaging, inspirational, and motivational Instagram Reels. The job is all about short social media clips, so speed, storytelling flair, and a solid grasp of current Reel trends are essential. This is a full time job Monday to Saturday from my office in Hiranandani Powai and not remote working

You’ll receive pre-shot footage (occasionally you may join us on location) and handle the full post-production workflow: trimming, pacing, color-grading, sound balancing, and adding tasteful motion graphics or animated text that reinforce the upbeat message without feeling over-produced. Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects are our day-to-day tools—if you prefer DaVinci Resolve or similar, that’s fine so long as the final assets match Instagram’s 1080 × 1920 specs and stay under the platform’s time limits.

Experience matters: at least two years of hands-on editing plus a showreel of finished Reels in a similar tone. A keen eye for vertical-first composition, on-beat transitions, and hook-within-three-seconds pacing will set you apart.

Deliverables for each post:
• Final 9:16 mp4, color-graded and ready to upload
• .srt captions file
• Project files with all linked assets, neatly organised

I’ll review each draft for overall energy, clarity of message, and seamless motion graphics. Once approved, you’ll export the master and hand over the project folder. If you’re passionate about making content that lifts people up and you’re within commuting distance of Powai, let’s talk.
