Inviting Food & Wine Event Highlights
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have raw footage from two recent food-and-wine gatherings and I want each turned into a one-minute highlight reel that feels warm, welcoming, and polished. The finished videos should flow naturally, weaving together the key speeches or chef presentations with tempting close-ups of dishes and pours, plus candid guest interactions that capture the atmosphere.
Please lay in background music that simply feels “right for events”––nothing overpowering, just a tasteful track that lets the visuals breathe. Thoughtful pacing, smooth transitions, gentle color grading, and clean audio balancing are essential so the final pieces look cohesive and inviting rather than like two separate edits stitched together.
Deliverables
• Two separate highlight videos, ±60 seconds each, exported in H.264 MP4 (1080p or higher). Suitable for Instagram post.
• One review round per video to fine-tune shot selection, music level, or color tone before exporting the finals.
You’re free to work in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or your preferred NLE as long as the output meets the specs above. When you respond, let me know roughly how quickly you can turn around a first cut once I send the footage, and any sample links that best show off your sense of narrative flow for short event recaps.
