Intermittent Digital Glitch Video Edit

I filmed myself walking through the woods and now I want to give the footage a surreal twist—short, sharp bursts of digital-distortion glitches that make it look as if I’m phasing in and out of reality. The effect should not run the entire time; instead, let it hit at random intervals so the viewer never quite knows when the next visual rupture will happen.
I’ll supply the original clip in its highest resolution. Working in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or any comparable tool is fine as long as the final export matches the source settings and remains free of unwanted compression artifacts.
Deliverables:
• One final, color-corrected video with intermittent digital distortion glitches placed at random spots throughout
• A separate render without background music or added sound design (video-only), so I can adjust audio later if needed
• Project file or effect presets so I can tweak timing in the future
