Intense Youth Training Highlight Reel

I film every group session through my Meta smart-glasses and now I need those raw POV clips turned into a punchy marketing reel. The goal is simple: capture the energy, sweat, and determination of the kids so prospective players (and parents) feel the intensity the moment the video starts.
Here is what I need edited in:
• Exercises & drills that show speed, power, and technique
• Genuine student reactions and progress moments
• Key snippets of my instructions or feedback—just enough to feel the coaching, not dominate the visuals
Think rapid cuts, tight framing on footwork and ball control, smooth transitions, and occasional slow-motion for emphasis. I’m not asking for a fixed runtime; instead, compress the best action into a single, high-impact reel that feels relentless from start to finish—roughly the length you’d see on Instagram Reels/TikTok. I’ll layer music later, so leave the natural sound in place.
Deliverables:
1. Final 1080×1920 (vertical) MP4 ready for social upload
2. An export-ready horizontal version if cropping allows
3. The project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whatever you cut with)
Please keep colour, sharpening, and stabilisation true to the Meta Glasses aesthetic—no heavy filters. Clean titles or callouts are optional but welcome if they enhance clarity without clutter.
