Instagram Reel Editor Needed

I I will send you a voice you have to add visual effects music effects and all the suitable things

Here’s what I already have:
• 45–60 seconds of talking-head clips shot in 4K
• My brand colours and logo in PNG
• A rough script with on-screen text cues

What I need from you:
• Edit the footage down to a punchy 30-second (max) 1080 × 1920 reel
• Add clean transitions, readable captions, subtle motion graphics and royalty-free background music that does not overpower the voice
• Colour-grade to keep skin tones natural and match the brand palette
• Deliver the final MP4 plus an editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut—use whichever you prefer)

Acceptance criteria:
1. The reel must open with a clear hook in the first 3 seconds.
2. Captions are error-free and synced.
3. Audio is balanced for mobile playback.
4. File size stays under 30 MB without visible quality loss.
