Instagram Carousel Video Editing

I need my existing footage shaped into a polished, professional-looking reel and then repurposed as a swipeable Instagram carousel. The overall look has to stay clean and corporate—think tidy cuts, subtle motion graphics, tasteful text overlays, consistent color grading, and on-brand fonts.
Here is what I’m expecting:
• One master edit optimised for Instagram (1080 × 1350 MP4, ≤60 s)
• 5-10 carousel panels created from that edit (static JPGs or short looping MP4s, same 1080 × 1350 format) that tell the story frame by frame
• Matching thumbnail/cover image
• Source project file (Premiere Pro or Final Cut preferred) and any editable assets
