INFORMATIONAL Real Estate Video Editing
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for a dependable video editor who can take our raw Real Estate Insights footage of our content creator and turn it into polished, cinematic pieces ready for Facebook distribution. Every week my team records short segments that break down market trends, investment tips, and neighbourhood spotlights; what I need from you is the creative eye and technical skill to transform those clips into engaging, scroll-stopping content.
Here’s what the job involves:
• Selecting the strongest takes, tightening the narrative, and pacing it for a 1-minute Facebook audience span.
• Applying cinematic colour grading, smooth motion graphics, tasteful lower thirds, and on-brand typography so the final video feels both professional and approachable.
• Optimising aspect ratio (1080 × 1080 or 1920 × 1080), bit-rate, and file size to ensure crisp playback on Facebook without compromising quality.
• Delivering the finished MP4.
Consistency and punctuality are important to me; I aim for same-day turnaround once footage is shared through Google Drive. If you’re comfortable working with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or a similar NLE and you have a portfolio that shows cinematic real estate edits, I’d love to collaborate.
