(ICE) Video Editors for a Canadian Youtube Channel with 400K subscribers
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a growing YouTube channel that produces relaxed, commentary-driven video essays about popular TV shows. I now need five reliable editors who can replicate the pacing, graphics, and subtle humor you see in this reference video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g5ZXF1NLx180
Here’s how we’ll work together:
• Workflow
I supply the voice-over, show clips, and a rough outline. You assemble a clean, engaging edit that matches the reference style—tight cuts, minimal motion graphics, light zooms, and on-screen text where it helps the joke or point land.
• Frequency
Expect at least one video every week and up to three during busy periods. You’ll liaise directly with me (or one of my managers) so we can fine-tune your first few edits until the style feels seamless.
• Compensation
Payment is strictly by finished minute at $1.5–$2.5, scaled to quality and experience. Example: a 60-minute final video earns up to $150.
• Growth
Consistent, on-brand work can lead to assignments on my other channels and longer-form projects.
Deliverables each week
1. One finalized 1080p (or higher) video file, ready to upload
2. A project file (Premiere, Final Cut, or Resolve—your choice) with all media linked
3. A short changelog noting any creative decisions or asset gaps
