Historical Documentary Motion Graphics Editor
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m producing a documentary that explores a series of pivotal historical events and I need a seasoned editor to transform my raw footage, archival materials, and interview clips into a polished, highly engaging film. The objective is clear: inform and educate viewers while keeping them visually captivated through elegant, minimalist motion graphics.
Here’s what I’m after. The cut should flow logically, guiding the audience through each event with crisp pacing and seamless transitions. I’m looking for subtle yet impactful graphics—clean lower thirds, animated maps, timelines, and data call-outs—that complement rather than overwhelm the narrative. Think refined typography, restrained color palettes, and smooth keyframe work typical of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or an equivalent professional toolset.
Sound design, color grading, and light audio sweetening will round out the piece, ensuring the final master is broadcast-safe, 4K-ready, and ready for both streaming platforms and festival submission.
Deliverables:
• 1 master documentary edit (≈ 20–30 min, 4K, 25 fps)
• Separate graphics package with all motion assets (AEP or similar project files)
• Final audio mix (stems + full mix)
• Color-graded LUTs and project file
• One revision cycle after initial delivery
Acceptance criteria: narrative clarity, historically accurate captions, consistent minimalist style across all graphics, smooth pacing, and zero copyright conflicts.
If you have a strong portfolio in historical or educational content and a knack for clean motion design, I’d love to see your work and discuss timelines.
