Hiring: Video Editor (On-Site – Mumbai)
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a sharp post-production specialist to sit with us in our Mumbai studio and turn our raw footage into thumb-stopping social video, Monday through Saturday. Most of the work revolves around 15–60-second Instagram Reels, with the odd longer cut for YouTube, so a professional, polished style and a tight sense of pacing are absolutely essential.
Day-to-day you will:
• Cut short-form edits that feel smooth and energetic while staying true to the brand story.
• Sync audio, balance levels, add tasteful transitions, and grade so every frame looks consistent.
• Follow the reference edits and style guides we supply and adapt them quickly.
• Export in the correct ratios and codecs for Instagram first, then YouTube/Facebook, and hand over both the final renders and the editable project files for our archive.
The role is full-time, on-site, and pays ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month. Reliability with deadlines is non-negotiable.
