Hiring Short-Form Video Editor for Instagram Reels
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
**Freelance Reel Video Editor (Long-Term Opportunity)**
I'm looking for a creative and reliable **freelance video editor** to edit short-form reel content for social media.
### Requirements
* Edit videos in **9:16 (vertical)** format.
* Strong understanding of engaging short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
* Turnaround time: **Within 48 hours** of receiving the footage.
* Use professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Phone editors are welcome to apply **only if your portfolio demonstrates exceptional quality**.
### Compensation
* **₹200 per edited reel.**
* **Performance Bonus:** ₹200 for every reel that crosses **100,000 views**.
* **Creative Bonus:** If you contribute creative ideas for shooting, storytelling, or improving the final output, and those ideas significantly enhance the reel, you'll receive an additional **₹400** for that reel.
### Work Volume
* Expect **10–20 reels per month**, so please apply only if you're available for a consistent monthly commitment.
### Payment Terms
* Payments will be made in **two installments each month**:
* 50% during the middle of the month.
* Remaining 50% at the end of the month.
* Payments are subject to the quality of editing and timely delivery.
