I run two Hindi-language YouTube channels—Indian Fight Junky (fight breakdowns) and India and the World (current-affairs explainers). Each day I’ll send you raw clips between 5 – 15 minutes and I need the finished cut back within two hours.
The job is deliberately lightweight: trim silences and dead air, drop in relevant stills or short b-roll, tidy jump cuts, and apply basic visual tweaks (simple zooms, colour balance, noise reduction when needed). Nothing flashy—just clean, watchable pacing that keeps viewers engaged. Basic visual effects are fine; no advanced CGI or motion graphics are required.
I am flexible about tools. If you’re productive in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or any comparable editor, use what you know best—the only non-negotiable is that you understand spoken Hindi so you can spot pauses and tighten dialogue naturally.
Scope & rhythm
• 30 finished videos per month (roughly one a day).
• ₹15,000 monthly retainer, paid in full even if I end up sending fewer than 30.
• Same-day delivery: two-hour turnaround from the moment the footage lands in your inbox/Drive.
To gauge fit, please pick any segment from either channel, polish the first five minutes as described, and send it over. If the style matches what I’m after, I’ll pay for that sample and we can roll straight into the daily schedule.
Everything else—file-transfer workflow, thumbnail hand-off, or any specific LUTs I already use—can be sorted once we connect. Let me know if anything is unclear, and feel free to suggest efficiency tweaks that keep the pipeline fast.
