High-Retention YouTube & Reels Editing

I need an editor who can take raw footage from Zia Academy and turn it into scroll-stopping content that keeps viewers glued to the screen. The priority is high retention and engagement, so every cut, graphic, and sound cue must serve the story’s momentum.

Your main playground will be visual effects and motion graphics: slick text animations, seamless transitions, and the occasional special effect that elevates the narrative without feeling gimmicky. You should be completely fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a solid grasp of color, typography, sound design, and pacing that feels native to YouTube and Instagram Reels.

I’m looking for someone who has already proven themselves with leading brands, unicorn startups, premium agencies, or top YouTube creators. If we click, expect a steady stream of long-form videos and Shorts.
