Project Title: Short-Form Video Editor for High-Impact Talking Head Reels (Ongoing Work)
Project Overview:
I am looking for a highly efficient and creative video editor for an ongoing project involving short-form content. Each batch will include 30 talking-head videos (reels), and this will be a recurring engagement.
Scope of Work:
Edit 30 reels per batch
Each reel duration: 45 seconds to 3 minutes
Content type: Talking head (single speaker, high authority, motivational/educational tone)
Editing Requirements:
Captions:
Add clean, highly engaging, word-by-word or phrase-based captions
Use modern styles (highlight keywords, dynamic transitions)
Ensure readability and mobile optimization
B-Roll Integration:
Minimum 3–4 B-rolls per reel
B-rolls should appear approximately every 15–25 seconds
Use AI-generated or sourced visuals that are highly relevant
All B-rolls must feel “Indianized” (context, environment, people, culture)
Visual Enhancement:
Smooth jump cuts
Zoom-ins/outs for engagement
Subtle motion effects where required
Maintain a premium, cinematic yet social-media-friendly feel
Thumbnails:
Create 1 strong thumbnail per reel
Must be scroll-stopping and relevant to the topic
Include bold text + expressive frame selection
Audio & Quality:
Clean audio (noise reduction if needed)
Balanced levels
Crisp final output optimized for Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
Turnaround Time:
Fast delivery is critical
