High-Energy Premiere Pro Transitions

I’m putting together a short-form video series and need a set of custom transition templates that I can drop straight into Adobe Premiere Pro. I’m after a dynamic, high-energy feel—think quick bursts of motion built from bold geometric shapes that punch in and out of the frame to keep the momentum up between cuts.
Here’s what will help me hit the mark:
• Around 8-12 unique transitions, each roughly 1 second in length.
• Built exclusively with geometric elements—lines, triangles, grids, bursts—no icons or text overlays.
• Delivered as .mogrt files (Essential Graphics) or a clean .prproj template with clearly labeled adjustment controls for timing, color and scale.
• Everything must render smoothly in 1080p and 4K without third-party plugins.
• Color controls exposed so I can match any brand palette quickly.
I’ll test each transition on real footage; if the motion feels snappy, exports without glitches, and lets me swap colors in under a minute, we’re good. Looking forward to seeing how you approach dynamic shape-driven motion.
