I’m producing long-form documentary pieces—typically anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes—and I need an experienced video editor (or a small, well-coordinated team) who can take raw footage and turn it into a polished, broadcast-ready story.

My lead editor will share our existing workflow, style references, and pacing guidelines, so you’ll have clear direction from day one. If you’re already set up with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar pro-grade software, great; if not, I can provide the necessary licenses and plug-ins.

Here’s what the job actually looks like once the files hit your desk:
• Precise cutting and trimming to build narrative flow
• Thoughtful effects and transitions that enhance, never distract
• Full color correction and cinematic grading for a cohesive look

Each episode must be delivered as a high-resolution master (4K when source allows) along with an XML or project file and a lightweight proxy for quick review. Turnaround time is flexible at the outset but will tighten once we sync up on style.

If you can maintain top-tier quality under deadline and collaborate seamlessly via cloud review tools, let’s talk—I have a steady slate of documentaries ready for skilled hands.
